Montrose Green Infrastructure

The Montrose Green Infrastructure project is aimed at reducing flooding and ponding in the Montrose area through green infrastructure and showcasing how green infrastructure could benefit the rest of our community.

What is green infrastructure?

Green infrastructure is a way to manage water through the natural environment, like planting trees and restoring wetlands. Green infrastructure reduces flooding and ponding, supports our environment, and promotes safety. It's also low-cost!
